Oliveira de Douro is a suburb of Gaia. It is located east of Gaia and west of Avintes. Oliviera de Douro still has the small town atmosphere with a mixture of low density housing and businesses intermixed with farms and industry. It is located on a bend in the Douro river, across from Porto and Campanhã. Oliveira is a branch of the Porto Stake. The stake lies within the boundaries of the Portugal Porto Mission.

The chapel is located in the first floor of a building. Unlike most chapels located in rented buildings, this chapel is nicely landscaped. As a result it is very pleasant. Pictured are Sister Done and McLeod and Elder Hair and Ezekiel.
